Same is true Zehtuka weapons. It cost me about 300g to buy all the leather patterns and another 200 for the weapons I wanted. The item is account bound, as such it can be traded between characters.The item does not multiply or copy its self, thus it can not be worn on multiple characters at the same time.The current implementation of equipment templates stores the items used when saving them in templates. In order to trade this item, it has to be removed from all Pact supply network agents travel. their locations shift and they have random stuff to sell including the celestial recipe's. For celestial trinkets buy the ascended ones from the fractal vendor or laurel vendors, do NOT bother with the exotic ones.Be aware celestial requires charged quartz crystals, 5 per inscription/ insignia, those are still timegated. Just by playing you'll slowly accumulate gear boxes and currency making gearing up a new ascended set dirt cheap. Not even mentioning that for the most part, exotic armor is a perfectly viable option for the vast majority of content. I don't remember the last time i've struggled to gear a char with ascended armor.
